Account Terms:

Net 30 days to accounts with established credit.
Open account is available to qualified customers.

Credit and Debit Card Charges:

We accept all VISA, Mastercard, American Express. We use a secure gateway for all Credit Card Transactions, We do not store credit card information on our website / server. We are in compliance with all security / PCI policies and Merchant Services. Clark-McKibben Safety verifies all credit cards through Address Verification and all transactions with a mismatch of the address or a suspicious ship-to address will be held for final verification. 

Your Credit Card is Pre-Authorized for the Amount on the Order Summary. The Credit Card will not be charged or finalized until the product ships from either our warehouse or from our suppliers warehouse. All orders will be confirmed prior to shipment and shipping charges or prices may change prior to shipment. *** Check your Order Confirmation for Prices, Final Shipping Charges and Price Adjustments. 

Credit Card (Not Debit Card) Authorizations are valid for 30 days before expiration. If the order is on back-order for an extended period of time and you wish to keep the order active in our system, customer service will contact you with options to avoid automatic cancellation after 30 days.

Debit Cards:

All Debit Cards are authorized and charged within 10 days of the sale. If the order is on back-order for longer than 10 days, the order will be cancelled with prior notification or the debit card will be charged allowing us to REBILL the card when the product/ order ships.


We ship F.O.B from our warehouse location in Erie, PA, with exception of factory drop shipments, and via the carrier of our choice. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse or drop-shipped from the supplier location. In the instance of a drop-shipment from a location we do not have Sales Tax Nexus, it may be required to pass along state required sales tax on the order.

Back Orders:

If an item(s) will potentially have a back-order status due to supply shortages. Orders will be confirmed and substitutions suggested prior to cancellation.

Limited Warranty:

All products found in this online catalog have been manufactured by other parties. These products may be warranted by their respective manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during normal use. There may be a limited term to any of these manufacturers' warranties, and these warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the products.

Damage/Shortage Claims:

Buyer should inspect all orders/ items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department immediately.

Online Catalog Prices:

Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed at the time of order.

Confirming Purchase Orders:

Confirming Purchase Orders is not necessary. If you must submit a Confirming Purchase Order, please clearly mark them "confirming" in order to avoid duplication.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders in the States we have Nexus in. Those States are PA, OH, NY at this time. As our State tax thresholds are met, sales tax will be adjusted without notice. We subscribe to Avalara Sales Tax Service for the website with real-time lookup to sales tax rates.

Special Order Items:

Items marked 'Special Order - Non Cancellable' all sales are final. These items are purchased directly from the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled. 


Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please call, email or fax our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions prior to return. Special order items, videos and custom imprinted products are nonreturnable unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. No COD's accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition.  All orders may be subject to a restocking fee if cancelled after shipment except if a product has been damaged in shipping or has a defect that renders it unsaleable. All sales are final on clearance items. Imprinted custom orders can not be returned.

**Items that have been worn and smell of smoke, body odor or perfume will not be refunded. Any animal hair or human hair on the product will not be refunded.

Pallet / Freight Shipments

Any pallet/freight shipments or shipments requiring special handling, reimbursement of shipping costs will only be authorized is the product is damaged during shipping or if the product is defective. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs on pallet/freight shipments or shipments requiring special handling if the product is being returned. You must call for a return authorization on these products.

Consumer Sales - Personal Use: 

Our website is primarily for business to business buyers however, we do sell to the general public or consumer. We ask that you properly measure for sizing and use the size charts. Sizing is for the average body size and weight. Please contact customer service is you are unsure about how a garment will fit on your body type. For jackets or outerwear, if you tend to have a larger middle area, it is strongly recommended that you SIZE UP. For personal or recreational use, if you are unsure of the temperature rating or how a garment will perform in extreme temperatures, please contact customer service for recommendations.
